The Senufo (the francophone spelling Senoufo is commonly used) are an ethnolinguistic group composed of diverse subgroups of Gur-speaking people living in an area spanning from southern Mali and the extreme western corner of Burkina Faso to Katiola in Côte d'Ivoire. One group, the Nafana, is found in north-western Ghana. The Senufo number somewhere between 1.5 and 2.7 million and speak the various Senufo languages. Korhogo, an ancient town in northern Côte d'Ivoire dating from the 13th century, is the capital of the Senufo people. The Senufo are predominantly an agricultural people cultivating millet, yams, peanut, and rice.

Los Senufo (o Senoufo, en la pronunciación francesa) son un grupo etnolingüístico compuesto por diversos sub-grupos de personas de habla Gur, que viven en un área que se expande desde el sur de Malí y el extremo oeste de Burkina Faso hacia Katiola en Costa de Marfil. Un grupo, los Nafana, fue fundado en el noroeste de Ghana. La cantidad total estimada de Senufo fluctúa entre 1.5 y 2.7 millones (distintas fuentes difieren en esta cantidad). Los Senufo hablan las distintas lenguas Senufo. La capital de los Senufo es Korhogo, un pueblo muy antiguo en el norte de Costa de Marfil, que data del siglo XIII. Su agricultura se basa principalmente en el cultivo de mijo, ñame, maní y arroz.
